What is NOOR to GO?

An innovative new catering service from award-winning wedding and events venue NOOR, designed for At-Home Celebrations and Virtual Events. NOOR food is legendary and over the years we have served thousands of wedding and event guests with our delicious cuisine made with fresh, high quality and locally sourced ingredients. ALL the meat and chicken we serve is organic, other ingredients are organic where possible.

What is a Virtual Event?

A Virtual Event can be a fundraising gala, corporate dinner, holiday party, meeting or live streaming event where guests are together "virtually" using services such as Zoom. You can build a catering package for all of your guests and we will arrange delivery to their individual locations.

How do I provide you with all the addresses?

During checkout you will provide us with your address, and once checkout is complete we will contact you with instructions to let you know how to provide us with your guests' addresses. Should any of your guests be located outside our 10 mile free delivery zone we will invoice you the associated delivery charge.

Where do I pick up?

NOOR is located at 300 E Colorado Blvd, Suite 200, Pasadena, CA 91101. Curbside pickup is available at our loading dock on the corner of Marengo and Green Street. Please see our driving directions for details.

Is there a charge for pick up?

Pick up is free and available 7 days a week from our Pasadena location between the hours of 12 noon and 4 pm.

Where do you deliver to?

Our food messengers can deliver your order within 20 miles of our Pasadena Location of 300 E Colorado Blvd, Suite 200, Pasadena, CA 91101. You can input your zip code on the black bar above to automatically check if we deliver to your location.

Is there a charge for delivery?

Our delivery zones and pricing are as follows:

Delivery Zone 1 - Within 10 miles of our Pasadena Location - FREE
Delivery Zone 2 - Between 10 and 15 miles of our Pasadena Location - $10
Delivery Zone 3 - Between 15 and 20 miles of our Pasadena Location - $20

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, the minimum order is $250. There is an additional minimum order quantity of 10 for Hors D'Oeuvres and Chilled Display items.

What are Almost-Finished (AF) prepared foods?

Our individual meals have been seasoned-flavored-marinated and cooked about 75% of the way and come with very simple finishing instructions that result in a freshly cooked meal.

What are Fully-Cooked (FC) prepared foods?

Our Fully-Cooked family meals are ready to heat and serve.

How do I know how to reheat or assemble an item?

All items have reheat instructions

Do all your Catering Packages require reheating or finishing?

No, our Lunch Package is delivered HOT and ready to enjoy.

Does my order come with disposable plates and utensils?

Our Lunch Package includes plastic utensils. You may add utensils to your Dinner Package for an additional charge.

How do I build my catering package?

Simply select the lunch or dinner catering package you require and add drinks, hors d'oeuvre packages, single hors d'oeuvres and chilled display items. You can add event rentals too! (coming soon). Once you have added all your requirements to your cart you can choose from Pick up or Local Delivery on your preferred date and time before checking out. Simple!

Is there a minimum advance order time?

Catering packages must be ordered at least 7 days prior to your desired delivery or pick up date. Our system automatically presents you with available dates when you check out.
